Bitot's spots
Small, white, foamy accumulations of sloughed cells and secretions in the eye associated with vitamin A deficiency.
Patches of keratinized conjunctival epithelium and debris on the bulbar conjunctiva. A specific clinical sign of vitamin A deficiency and part of the spectrum of xerophthalmia.
