About

Why we built GoodEnough.

Most fitness apps are built for the version of you who has time, energy, and discipline to spare. GoodEnough is built for the other 95% of days.

We're a small team that got tired of watching fitness plans collapse on busy Tuesdays, ours and everyone else's. The plans never failed for lack of willpower. They failed because they were never designed around the lives of the people following them.

We started with a food scanner: the smallest useful thing: point it at a packet, get an honest read, move on. It worked, and it kept running into the same wall. Knowing a food was fine told you nothing about whether you had eaten enough today, trained enough this week, or whether the plan you were following still fit the person following it.

So GoodEnough became the whole thing: workouts, nutrition, and a coach that sees both. It helps you find a starting point built around your goals and your schedule, tracks what you actually do, and helps you adjust as life changes. The thinking happens in the app so it doesn't have to happen in your head.

Effective + sustainable beats optimal + abandoned.
