A Starbucks Nutrition Calculator is an easy way to estimate the calories, macros, sugar content and caffeine levels for customized drinks. Our tool can help you compare ingredients and make healthy, but tasty choices that fit your goals, whether you’re ordering an iced latte, cold brew, Frappuccino, Refresher, matcha or seasonal beverage.
Build your Starbucks order and instantly calculate calories, sugar, protein, carbs, fat, and caffeine. Experiment with small changes to see how size, milk, syrup pumps, espresso shots, cold foam, toppings and add-ins can influence your drink’s nutrition facts.
Caffè Latte
Solid order. This drinks like a drink, not a dessert.
Estimates built from Starbucks’ published nutrition data. The verdict is a quick read, not the full GoodEnough assessment you get in the app.

Honest math, no shame.
How does this Starbucks calculator work?
This calculator starts with publicly available Starbucks nutrition information. We rebuild each drink from its components so when you customize, the math stays consistent and accurate. Because every drink is prepared by hand, nutrition values should be treated as estimates rather than exact lab-tested results. Calories and caffeine are rounded to the nearest 5, the way menus round.
Why is my drink a few calories different from the Starbucks app?
Our calculator estimates nutrition by adding up each individual component of your drink. Because of rounding and small differences in ingredient measurements, default drinks may be a few calories off from Starbucks’ published totals. The benefit is that every customization you make, from an extra syrup pump to a milk swap, is accurately reflected in your final estimate.
Does this calculator include caffeine?
Yes. The calculator estimates caffeine from espresso, brewed coffee, cold brew, tea, matcha, Refreshers base, and other caffeinated ingredients when data is available.
Does changing milk change calories?
Yes. Milk choice can change calories, fat, sugar, and protein. For example, switching from whole milk to almond milk may lower calories, while using oat milk, breve, heavy cream, or protein milk may increase calories depending on the drink.
Are seasonal Starbucks drinks included?
Yes, seasonal drinks are added when data is available.
Can I use this for keto, low-carb, high-protein, or weight-loss orders?
Yes, but use it as an estimate. You can reduce carbs and sugar by choosing fewer syrup pumps, skipping sugary toppings, using sugar-free syrup where available, or choosing simpler coffee bases.
Why should I trust this Starbucks calculator?
We created this Starbucks Nutrition Calculator to make customized ordering easier and more transparent. Gary and I drink Starbucks occasionally and have spent a long time tracking food, drinks, calories, macros, and caffeine. We know how frustrating it can be when small changes are hard to measure. This tool was built to help solve that problem.
The calculator estimates nutrition based on the individual parts of your drink, including size, milk, syrups, sauces, toppings, cold foam, espresso shots, and other common customizations. Our goal is to make the information as useful and accurate as possible while still being clear that every drink is prepared by hand and nutrition values can vary slightly.
We also update the calculator as menus change, ingredients shift, and new drinks become available. It takes some work to keep a tool like this accurate, but we believe it is worth it if it helps people make more informed choices without overcomplicating their order.
This is not a faceless calculator thrown together for clicks. It is a free resource built by real people who understand how helpful simple, practical nutrition tools can be. If you want to learn more about us and why we created Good Enough, check out our story.
