Dunkin's published nutrition data. We rebuild each drink from its components — espresso shots, milk, swirl pumps, bases — so when you customize, the math stays exact instead of guessing from a lookup table.
What's the difference between a swirl and a shot?
A flavor swirl is the sweet one: roughly 50 calories and 10+ grams of sugar per pump (a medium gets three). A flavor shot is unsweetened — about 5 calories a pump. Asking for shots instead of swirls is the single biggest Dunkin' upgrade there is.
Why does my drink default to whole milk?
