Why it's good for you

Whole rolled oats bring soluble fiber that slows digestion, while almond butter adds protein and healthy fat — a combination linked to steadier energy through the morning.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup old-fashioned rolled oats
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 2 tablespoons almond butter
  • 1 tablespoon honey

Steps

  1. Stir everything together in a jar or bowl until the oats are fully coated.
  2. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
  3. Eat cold, or warm through in the morning. Top with fruit if you like.
